Winter Takes me back. So back that I can feel the cold clean air whilst grabbing wood to feed the flame, It’s reminds me the smell of cinnamon, ginger and cloves bursting in a cold Christmas market. My perfect Winter meal combines, Germany, England and Israel. Come join me in a magical comforting evening.

Opening Cocktail

Port, Cabernet, Brandi and Calvados infused with aromatics and Asian spices.
served with apfelkuchen Foam

– Smoked chestnut Cappuccino –

Smoked Ra’ata creme, duck confit, Pickled roasted chestnuts finished with duck, chicken and truffle broth.
Served with truffle Cornbread

First Course

– Smoke and Sumak –

Beef tartar seasoned with middle eastern spices, Fennel Salsa, black caviar, charred eggplant Aioli smoked egg yolk Espuma and Parmesan thyme bread chips

Second Course

– saddam hussein –

Samolina flower dumpling filled with rump steak, Ras el Hanut, Roasted onions and fennel. Served in a sea of beetroot, passion fruit and cumin.

Sirloin steak smothered in English mustard, Shiitake marmalade and prosciutto wrapped in hand made puff pastry baked to a crisp.
Served with sous vide root vegetables, dark goose stock, mashed potato , Parsley butter
